Feel the risk of driving a child unbelted
If you are driving with children in the car, you are responsible for their safety. Driving a child unbelted and without a legal child restraint is totally selfish and against the law.
Rule 100 of The Highway Code says, “The driver MUST ensure that all children under 14 years of age in cars, vans and other goods vehicles wear seatbelts or sit in an approved child restraint where required.”
No seatbelt. No excuse.
