It doesn’t need to be icy for drivers to slip up on the road. We all need to expect the unexpected at all times.
However, different weather conditions have their own dangers and demand different driving rules. If you need to travel in wet, windy, icy or foggy conditions it is essential to follow the advice in The Highway Code NI and to adapt your driving to the weather conditions.
